It was a legit experience, hard / medium massage, no tease. girl who took care of me was very old.
She is extremely skilled and made sure each area was truly 100% knot-free before moving on to other areas. I came in with a really messed-up back, rotator cuff, and upper right arm, and it became clear within 15 minutes that there was no knot she couldn't undo—and she made sure I was pain-free before I left.
That said brace yourself to be in a lot of pain. The massages work really well but they aren't exactly relaxing. Also, the space looks extremely dingy on the outside but is very clean and you'll get enough space when you're inside.
