Personally i think she's still getting accommodated to the work environment
She looks waaaaayy too good to only offer handjobs
The massage started off by covering me with a towel, then asked about the pressure, I told her to take it easy and she went to work on my problematic areas with her palms and figertips only. It was a really good massage, did felt therapeutic for me despite the lack of pressure. On the flip, I gave her the signal and she got the hint easily. Oiled up Jr and started putting her soft hands to good use. She'd massage the balls, the taint, the tip, everything which such care. I was also able to do some exploration myself.
