Got a 90 min massage with Karen. The sheets were not clean and had hair on them, making me doubt if the sheet had been changed.
I told Karen not to use her elbows since it doesn't like excessive pressure, and she agreed. Then she spent the next 30 minutes just walking on my back but using minimum effort. Just standing and pushing with one foot and poking very hard with her toes. I had to tell her a few times to reduce the pressure as I was uncomfortable. Then she did the back with oil, but again, with minimum effort, just using 1 hand, and started using her elbow. Had to ask her to back off on poking me and massage with the hands (which the way it should be done) Fast forward to next morning and my back is in pain in 2-3 spots where she dug in with foot/elbow. This is after I specifically told her that I wanted medium pressure, no poking with elbows, no pain. But she did all of these. On the plus side, she did give more than 90 minutes.
